Going up North to Yellow Lahu Village

Hi there, Joshua put these pictures on - as we visited a Yellow Lahu Village - February 4th to the 8th. This first picture is where our meals were cooked by our friend.
The second picture - is a bridge over the river - behind where we stayed. The river was cold and very refreshing. The 3rd picture -is actually the beginning of the Mission trip - our drive up. Though it was our second time to the village - there was much anticipation about the trip - as we didn't know what to expect.

The 4th picture -again marks our driving up - a 4 hour drive through many mountains. Driving is no longer a favorite thing for me. In Thailand, we drive on the 'left side' of the road - and the driver 'drives' from the right side of the car. I suppose driving is not so easy for me because Thai drivers drive fast and without care to other people on the road. But that is where the Lord Jesus teaches us patience - and rather than getting angry at other drivers we ought to pray for them.

More to come.....
